What we process and why
Your name, email, phone number, message and attached documents are processed to handle your request, prepare a quote and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Records required for accounting are kept to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Attached documents may contain special categories of data (for example health data in medical reports). Such data is processed only as far as needed to produce the translation or certification you asked for.
Recipients
Data may be shared with official translators and interpreters, notaries, authorities and embassies as needed to complete your order, and with service providers we use (Infomaniak web hosting, Google Workspace email). Within our international company, data may also be processed in other EU countries.
Retention
Requests that do not result in an order are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Order data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Send your request to info@abc-office.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
